  • How do Chemical Peels work?

    Chemical Peels are clinical applications that work to drastically improve the outer layer of skin. A variety of solutions are used depending on your selected Chemical Peel to obtain your desired treatment results.


    An exfoliating solution removes damaged and dead skin from the upper layer to create a smoother and more refined texture.

  • Is there any downtime with a Chemical Peel?

    Depending on the intensity of your peel required for your skin, you may experience some social downtime as your skin may mildly peel and or

    flake. However, this is typically well-tolerated by patients.

  • Will my skin peel after my Chemical Peel treatment?

    Not necessarily, it depends on the peel! Depending on the specific peel and the ingredients in that peel, you may or may not peel. 


    We do offer gentle peels that do not result in peeling or flaking, rather, deep exfoliation of the skin. We also offer peels that will cause some mild redness and/or mild peeling or flaking.

  • Will I experience any discomfort during my Chemical Peel?

    Your Chemical Peel is designed to be a rejuvenating experience. You may experience minimal discomfort during your treatment. Some peels may result in itching or tingling sensation during the treatment.

  • When will I see results?

    With some peels you will notice an instant glow to your skin immediately following your Chemical Peel treatment. With more aggressive peels

    you will notice a clearer more radiant skin in about 1 week, once the peeling process has completed.
